.....धन्यवाद

  33. At the start of this Pandemic, there were a lot of issues with internet connectivity in Andaman Islands. So, I started motivating and training the students via telephonic call conferences.
Sabse pehle 1 ghante ka class hota jisme bachon ko specific topic/concept/raga/taal etc. padhaya jata aur phir 20 minute unke interaction ke liye milte jisme har student apne doubts pooch Sakta.. uske baad 30 minutes jinme har student demonstrate karta ke usne is particular class me Kya seekha aur samjha.

Ab internet connectivity ke better hone par hum is process ko call ya video conference ke zariye karte hain.

During pandemic i stayed in touch with students by preparing different groups for my class as a class teacher, for my house students as a house master and for my subject separate as a subject teachers. We discussed throughout all day for different matters. Took online live classes through zoom - recorded them for future. Made PPT,PDF, Youtube videos , recordings for children and shared. For evaluation prepared many forms and test papers quizzes etc. Its the best experience of my life as everything is online no need to go to the Principal sirs office every data reached to boss within time and no need to get signatures as it is all digitally signed by me and principal sir also .... it was very convenient to send data online and one copy stays with us paperless. and there is solid proof of our work done ( digital) so no one can say anything ... I wish the data submission like daily work report or diary daily and fortnightly will remain online submission process as it can be viewed by all superiors which creates impartiality

  81. during covid 19, i remained in touch with my students with the help of social media platforms, the most used app was whatsapp by creating a group there, students can get in touch with their teachers if they encounter any problem.

1.major problem was occured in students are apps, they dont know how and which apps to download, so we always share app links to them so they can download the exact same apps we wanted them to download,

    2. second problem was network connectivity issues due to low signal and bad reception, students which live in villages they have encounter this problem, many students have this problem, they cannot hear the teacher properly, teacher have to repeat and repeat the same sentence so they can hear properly, thats very time consuming,

    3. third problem was that students dont have phones, because they cannot afford it, their parents hardly earn to run there homes and everyone knows the financial issues so many middle class had in lockdown, i wish government could provide just a budget phone to every student which cannot afford.

  85. It was a terrible havoc of Covid -19 Pandemic. It was all of a sudden moment when the news was heard that the world was going to lockdown due to a surge of Covid - 19 pandemic. The world is completely frightened of it. We received an urgent e- mail message from our honourable DC Sir, NVS R.O. Pune that send the students to their homes with their parents by calling them very soon telephonically. Our CBSE exams were going on. The life was immediately shattered. It has been a very horrible period of Corona pandemic. Then we all teachers of NVS started forming groups of students class wise to attend the students as per the guidelines of our honourable officers. We first of all advised and counseled the students to save and take proper care of themselves from this horrible disease. First of all health tips were given to them. Then we gradually gear up them towards learning process. We have been teaching them online. I taught the students online through Google Meet. Our school JNV is located in very remote area of Dangs district. I have shot videos of lessons for students. They watch those video lessons as per the mobile network availability. We too provided printed material to the students. We gave the students assignments, projects
and tests. We all the team of JNV Dangs' staff conducted I Term Exam. successfully in a very interior hilly and tribal area of Dangs district under the guidance of our respected Principal Sir and Vice Principal Sir. It is really a very strange experience during this pandemic.

Informed the parents about the difficulties to conduct physical classes for the students. Requests the parents to help in providing the smartphone to the students fro online classes. Had a meeting with the students of different classes. Talk about the physical and mental well being. Told the students to be present in the online classes to be conduct by their teachers to avoid academic loss and deprivation. They were given online time table to be followed. Online classes were conducted through Google Meet while evaluation work was done through Google forms. Notes were provided by subject teachers through PDF, Word etc. The students also learned how to attend class, attempt online line exams and other online platforms etc. A positive response or feedback were received from the students about the online classes. Creation of class wise WhatsApp group was the initial step to get all the students at one platform. Use of mails, google forms, G-meet and Zoom app was also made to get in touch with students. In teaching there were many changes which were introduced. Conducting the classes online using Zoom, G-meet apps, preparation of study materials in form of PPTs, PDFs, video tutorials, audio tutorials etc. To make students comfortable in operating these apps separate training and guidance was provided. Exams and unit tests were also conducted online, using google forms. Various activities like quiz, elocution, essay, poem writing, sanvad etc were conducted online. In the tough period of Covid-19, counselling of students is one of the most important parts of education process. So, weekly I use to conduct students, parents and teachers meeting using G-meet and Zoom apps, where proper guidance to all the students and parents is provided and counselling regarding mental and physical well being is given, health awareness and Covid -19 awareness was also provided, and these meetings were conducted class wise and house wise. Overall the students and parents gave very positive responses. Students are happy and showing interest in this new way of learning and parents are also happy and thankful for the efforts made by us in this tough period to educate students.

First we formed whatsapp groups class wise and trained the students how to connect with zoom. We gave instructions to students by calling them on mobile phones along with parents so that they can assist the children. Time to time we called them through video call asked about their health and safety and security. Provided them notes, pdfs, audios and videos related to the subject contents and motivation.
Then I created Google classroom of all classes and added all children to it. I gave homework, assignment and all important instructions through it. When I gave them grades for their assignments on Google classroom they became very happy and were encouraged to do more work with full interest. We also conducted parents teachers meetings on Google meet. Responses were amazing. Students were co-operating us in very nice ways. We went to the residents of children to give them books ,notes. We provided Android mobiles with the help of alumni to those students who didn't have any gadgets at their homes.
We also conducted pwt tests and mid term exam through Google forms.100 percent students wrote exams and passed them. We take attendance class wise regularly and talk to them on their day to day chores and study. We also conducted all CCA activities through whatsapp, Google form and also off lines so that all round development can not be legged behind.

  110. During this Global Pandemic of COVID – 19, I have been in touch with my students in the following ways.
    1) Through Whatsapp Groups:
In my school we had already formed Whatsapp Groups which are still functioning in the full swing. Messages are sent through these whatsapp groups and students are in regular and routine touch.
    2) Through Virtual Meets:
Virtual Meets are arranged to teach and touch the students. Their routine topics as per the pre-designed split up syllabus are taught to the students virtually. Students are also given regular counselling and guidance. The virtual meets are conducted through Google Meet, Zoom app etc. Through these apps not only the students but also their parents are regularly kept in touch with.
    3) Through YouTube videos:
As it’s our conviction that not a single student should be deprived of learning, I prepare YouTube videos which are available on the YouTube/ internet so that the topics/ learning points reach out to every single student even if they are unable to appear (due to some reasons) virtually.
    4) Through Google Classroom:
Students routine Home Work, assignments, activities are recorded in the google Classrooms and it is monitored and ensured that every child participates in teaching-learning transactions.
    5) Through Google Forms:
Google forms have proved a great boon in this pandemic, because they have been highly resourceful and innovative as they help a great deal in assessing the students’ progress.
 Major Changes I Introduced in My Teaching:
As it’s well said every cloud has silver lining, in this dreadful Pandemic I learnt new, best and most innovative technologies which made my teaching not only possible but also incessant. These technologies include use of Whatsapp groups, Google Meets, zoom meet, YouTube Videos, Google Classroom etc. Thanks to these great scientific innovations that gave me confidence, of course along with my students, that we can skilfully not only adapt ourselves but also excel in implementing the novelties and advancements of the technologies.

I had to learn first how to use Zoom app. Then shifted to Google Meet. I struggled with new technologies. But meeting the children was very much consoling and happy. I could interact with my children through different media. They shared their problems with me. I encouraged them to overcome with their difficulties and advised them to stay safe and sound.
