As a teacher if I want to develop certain qualities among the students, this is very important that first I have do develop the same in myself. When people around you feels comfortable with you, they share things freely and and listen to you with interest which boosts learning process. And teachers play an important role in developing these qualities in students. Students often copy the qualities of teachers whom they like or admire. So it becomes essential to first bring the qualities within us which we want to see in students.

These qualities give us the ability to hear, understand and accept other's perspectives. Only when we are able to do so, we have the right to expect others to understand our perspective. Learning is always a two way process, only when both teacher's and student's perspectives are understood, learning becomes a meaningful endeavour. ReplyDeleteI want to mention about this topic that I have maintained a very positive attitude to this regard. It is really helpful in learning. I think the teacher should play a great role in the field of personal and social qualities toward the students and parents. A moment in this regard I want to share that some students are frequently absenting the class before COVID-19 but after the good effort adopted by me and some of my colleagues the students were regularly attended in school.
