खेल, खेल-कूद और कुछ शारीरिक गतिविधियाँ जो हम दिन-प्रतिदिन करते हैं, भावनात्मक स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण को बढ़ावा देते हैं। नीचे कुछ गतिविधियों के उदाहरण दिए गए हैं भीतरी गतिविधियाँ : मेज के नीचे क्रॉल करना, संतुलन का अभ्यास करने के लिए किसी वस्तु का उपयोग, जंपिंग जैक, डांसिंग, योगिक गतिविधियों का अभ्यास करना …. बाहरी गतिविधियाँ : सीढ़ी पर चढ़ना, कूदना, रेंगना, और एक क्षेत्र से दूसरे क्षेत्र में चलना, बाधाओं के बीच दौड़ना, ज़िग-ज़ैग दौड़ना, विभिन्न वस्तुओं पर कूदना, चलना ... चिंतन के लिए कुछ समय लें और कमेंट बॉक्स में अपनी टिप्पणी दर्ज करें ।

ReplyDeleteObservation is a great and effective skill when it comes to a practical and scientific approach or discipline. it allows the learner to reel and imprint all the sights of the particular phenomena for an everlasting imprint and learning. this skill is the best visual technique observed till date. For example, the phenomena of growing a plant. The steps involved in growing a plant till its end results when observed carefully equips the learner with the exact process that undergoes for the same and he will never forget what he has learnt through visual learning.

Tools also help gather information about things beyond our capability to experience firsthand – deep space, for example.

Moreover there're many concepts which can be learnt easily by observation e.g. When a child dips a ball in a bucket full of water or he/she sits in a tub full of water to take bathe she observes Archimedes Principle since water splashes out. Observing the winds, skimming of milk, silent observation of boiling tea all are directly connected with certain concepts. So observation is part & parcel of learning.

In explorations, children observe using their senses, by noticing details, sorting, grouping and classifying objects or sequencing events. A context, where children can observe natural phenomena, especially animals also has a positive effect on the development of language and social skills and attitudes.

ReplyDeleteCuriosity can only arise by observation. A child is most curious person of all living beings. They want to know about everything around them. They can come up with new observation which we as an adult could have missed.
So observation is the key which can nourish the young mind. Let the child observe the nature around it. leave them to interact with their surrounding. Let them inquire about things.
Because what they observe will make up their cognition.
