Both boys and girls should be treated equally. Everyone should be allowed to express their thoughts. ReplyDeleteلڑکا ہو یا کہ لڑکی کسی کو کسی پر ترجیح دینا غلط اور فرسودہ خیالات اور چھوٹی سوچ ہے۔ایسے فرسودہ خیالات ہی لڑکیوں کو آگے بڑھنے رکاوٹ ہے۔یہی وجہ ہے آج بھی چند ایک جگہ لڑکیوں پر پابندی زیادہ ہیں۔کمسنی میں شادی کرنا۔۔لڑکیوں کا گھر چاردیواری میں گھر چولہا سمبھالناجیسی چھوٹی سوچ کو وقت کے ساتھ بدلنا ہوگا۔تعلیم ہی ایک ہتھیار ہے جو بدلاؤ لائیگا۔

ReplyDeleteप्रबंधन के साथ शिक्षकों के रूप में, हमें संवेदनशील निर्णय लेने से पहले दोहरी जांच करनी होगी। यह हमारे हाथ में है कि हमें लड़कों और लड़कियों दोनों के लिए स्वस्थ माहौल बनाना होगा। उन्हें समझना वास्तव में मुश्किल होगा, लेकिन अगर हम उनके जूते में कदम रखते हैं तो इसका मतलब है कि सबकुछ ठीक हो जाएगा।

ہونے کے بعد ہر اساتذہ کی یہ ذمہ داری ہیکہ وہ اپنے ہر بچے صلاحتوں کو دیکھ کر انکی ہر طرح کی مدد اور حوصلہ افزائی کریں،نہ کہ جنس کا بہانا بناکر لڑکوں کو تمام مواقعے فراہم کریں بلکہ لڑکیوں کو بھی وہ تمام سرگرمیاں کرائے جسے لوگ سمجھتے ہیں کہ لڑکیاں نہیں کرتی ۔ہماری اسکول میں جو گیم لڑکوں کے ہوتے ہیں وہی لڑکیوں کے بھی ۔
