    There is direct and indirect effects of leadership on student learning , improving leadership is a key to the successful implementation of reform. By providing the necessary support and training , development of teachers and students takes place .Leaders , need to think about and plan their work so that the majority of their efforts have the consequences they wish for their teachers and students. School leaders are in a position to stimulate improvements leading to improved student learning.
    School leaders along with staff can review and improve teaching, class observations and subsequent feedbacks, assessment results are used as indicators for improvement of school quality thereby influencing student learning.
