खेल, खेल-कूद और कुछ शारीरिक गतिविधियाँ जो हम दिन-प्रतिदिन करते हैं, भावनात्मक स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण को बढ़ावा देते हैं। नीचे कुछ गतिविधियों के उदाहरण दिए गए हैं भीतरी गतिविधियाँ : मेज के नीचे क्रॉल करना, संतुलन का अभ्यास करने के लिए किसी वस्तु का उपयोग, जंपिंग जैक, डांसिंग, योगिक गतिविधियों का अभ्यास करना …. बाहरी गतिविधियाँ : सीढ़ी पर चढ़ना, कूदना, रेंगना, और एक क्षेत्र से दूसरे क्षेत्र में चलना, बाधाओं के बीच दौड़ना, ज़िग-ज़ैग दौड़ना, विभिन्न वस्तुओं पर कूदना, चलना ... चिंतन के लिए कुछ समय लें और कमेंट बॉक्स में अपनी टिप्पणी दर्ज करें ।

Once in hundred years we are facing a natural calamity of different sizes, say tsunami, corona, etc., these are balances managed by the nature. Survival of the fittest concept proves that the best fit person survives all these types of population check, overcomes, and proceeds further

ReplyDeleteFirstly, students should be made able to value the time of the movement and the circumstance then, in which, a particular happening / incident took place. Dramatization, Role Play, Evidences related to the event, information published regarding it may be quite useful to make students understand the historical event. History is also full of learning lessons. So, students should also be able to perceive the ideas related to the event.

ReplyDeleteProject based teaching – involving – preparation of – 1) teach aids like -Wooden replica of Ashokan pillar, models of various monuments, PowerPoint presentations, story books based on Great Indian Personalities, etc. 2)Map reading and marking The location and labelling on the map will help in understanding the topic as well as develop map skills of the students. 3) Role play , dramatization, street plays 4) field trips 5) The content can be explained by the teacher as facilitator through digital classrooms using Smart-Boards will create interest in the learners for the subject. 6) conduct quizzes, activities, debate-discussion part and written work assigned in the class.

For the holistic understanding of a particular period , we can collect the news paper cuttings, coins, stamps, collect the pictures of monuments, collect information from books ...... these resources can be displayed or enacted as dramas / roleplays. documentaries can also be made with the available sources.

ReplyDeleteTO make a holistic understanding of a particular period ,we can collect information such as ,photos ,newspaper clippings, old stamps etc to show children as a primary resources. Role play, Drama, and skit about historical events and our great leaders as secondary resources.

ReplyDeleteIn order to have a holistic understanding of a particular period, we can use newspaper cuttings/ reports, coins, available literature of that period, visuals, stamps or photographs etc.

We can collect some picture cutting or old news paper and we can carry out the children's to historical place where old monuments would be find .It will be helpful .
