मॉड्यूल 3 - गतिविधि 2: स्वास्थ्य संबंधित गतिविधियाँ
खेल, खेल-कूद और कुछ शारीरिक गतिविधियाँ जो हम दिन-प्रतिदिन करते हैं, भावनात्मक स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण को बढ़ावा देते हैं। नीचे कुछ गतिविधियों के उदाहरण दिए गए हैं भीतरी गतिविधियाँ : मेज के नीचे क्रॉल करना, संतुलन का अभ्यास करने के लिए किसी वस्तु का उपयोग, जंपिंग जैक, डांसिंग, योगिक गतिविधियों का अभ्यास करना …. बाहरी गतिविधियाँ : सीढ़ी पर चढ़ना, कूदना, रेंगना, और एक क्षेत्र से दूसरे क्षेत्र में चलना, बाधाओं के बीच दौड़ना, ज़िग-ज़ैग दौड़ना, विभिन्न वस्तुओं पर कूदना, चलना ... चिंतन के लिए कुछ समय लें और कमेंट बॉक्स में अपनी टिप्पणी दर्ज करें ।

DeleteEvery child is different. So, as a teacher I, should know this difference. I, as a teacher should plan differentiated lessonplans and activities to teach each child, keeping the different learning styles of children.

So it is our responsibility to acknowledge the strength of the child and motivate the child to perform better in that particular subject If the child is performing average in other subjects he or she should not be discouraged.
DeleteEvery child has unique ability to work with and grasp whatever is easiest.But during covid 19 lockdown period, we got plenty experiences which were unknown til date as a teacher. The real picture of advancement of science and technology and its utility in the area of edcation . Lot of diversity was witnessed during this period. As teacher and administrator I have to update self to meet out the needs of the students. Different efforts were made so that students' interest in learning was enhanced and effectivity in Teaching and learning was also updated.

ReplyDeleteइस माड्यूल द्वारा राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति की रूपरेखा के बारे में तथा पाठ्य चर्चा एवं उसके उद्देश्य की समझ विकसित करने पर केंद्रित किया जा सकता है इससे विषम परिस्थितियों में जैसे कोविड-19 भी शामिल है समावेशी कक्षाओं का संचालन करके बच्चों का अधिगम विकसित किया जा सकता है तथा बच्चों के शिक्षा कार्य बाधित होने से बचा जा सकता

ReplyDelete'द एनिमल स्कूल' कहानी बहुत कुछ सोचने पर मजबूर करती है, कि बच्चे कैस हमारे पास आते हैं और कैसे हम उनको कौन सी दिशा देते हैं। प्रत्येक बच्चा अपने आप मे भिन्न है, चाहे वो रूचि हो, बौद्धिक स्तर हो या अन्य। कहानी के माध्यम से हम कक्षा कक्ष को और समावेशित कर सकते हैं। वर्तमान में चल रही कोरोना महामारी के समय में ही समावेशी शिक्षा और महत्वपूर्ण हो जाती है क्योंकि बच्चों के पास मोबाइल या अन्य सामग्री का भाव है तो कैसे हम उन सभी बच्चों का कक्षा कक्ष में समावेशित कर सकें और सभी को साथ लेकर कैसे चल सकें।

Curriculum should be designed in such a way that right from upper primary students may get opportunities to choose the subject of their interest.
In that case students may show their credibilites.

First of all children of 6 to 14 years should get regular School system facility.
Then, every child has its own state of learning and grasping ability and they have different quality level, mental state, mood, capacity to retain, ability to learn, family environment and many more things.
Therefore, we the teacher - facilitators in order to meet their requirements and fit accordingly to their respective levels, should be ready and well equiped for accepting all kinds of learners - students where the students feel accepted and cared. Also all learners should feel motivated and encouraged all the time in their classrooms (Creation of an Inclusive Classroom)

Keeping this in mind enables us to ensure that no student is left behind, and all students get an inclusive environment and the opportunity to reap the maximum benefits from education.

Teachers should address the individual differences of the students. The assignments should have multiple options for completion so that every child can select his/her own way or approach to complete the given task. In short, the assignments should also be as heterogenous as the classroom itself. Each student has his/her own pace of doing things and teachers should acknowledge this.

Different students have different abilities. So based on their abilities, they are taught and educated using various activities, in remedial and normal classes. So that they get interested in learning and participate in learning process which also improves two way communication.

As per our past experience and on the basis of the story "The Animal School", it reveals that the learning level, interest, grasping ability and approach of the the students individually differ. It is quite a challenge for the teacher to frame an imparting technique keeping in view all the above said factors. First of all we have to learn about the students individually which will help us to make the students learn.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, every child is unique in this world. He or she has capacities in different contexts in accordance with their own interest areas, likes and dislikes. We cannot judge them through just one parameter. In this connection *Albert Einstein has rightly pointed out that a bird flies high up in the sky so we cannot judge a fish to be flying high up in the sky because it has the capacity to swim nicely which is not there with the bird.*

ReplyDeleteIn Child Psychology I had learnt about Individual Differences and it is applicable to our classroom teaching- learning process. There are students with different Intelligence some are good in Verbal Intelligence and some are good in visual Intelligence , bodily Intelligence etc. Depending upon the different I.Q I have to teach the students, by giving respect to their learning abilities and Pace of learning. The teacher should act like a facilitator and use new techniques and methods of transmitting knowledge. The teacher should have Constructive approach while teaching. The teacher should have student's friendly attitude and should provide various opportunities to the students to express their views.
ReplyDeleteThe main point that comes up, is the change should be done fundamentally at the way our curriculum and our evaluation is designed. Currently it is focused on scoring and knowing information.
ReplyDeleteWe need to focus on how students should apply the knowledge they receive in the classroom.
So in the current scenario, we should create an environment to encourage students to see how they use what they learn in their class outside the classrooms. Through such initiatives, the interests and strengths of students will be highlighted and then they can be guided accordingly.
Each student is different and inherently good at at something. Through more practical initiatives, those qualities will come to forefront and then students can be honed as per it.

ReplyDeleteLike the story mentioned there are four subjects, in different subjects different animal excelled. Similarly in classroom we have different subjects. Every child is unique and has special qualities. Every child has its own learning ability. we should use our teaching statergies such that every child should get motivation and show his best.
All children have their own abilities, interests and capability. They also differ mentally and physically. All these factors should be considered while deciding upon future studies and courses.

Some of them are better to perform in academics, some of them are better in sports and games, some of them are better arts and music and so on to each others like animals and birds some of them are better in sky flying, some of them are better on earth to others and some of them are better in water life. So, we can't say that everyone perform better in same condition and circumstances. Therefore to provide better conditions and opportunities according to person or child strength to perform better.

2. Get to know your students.
When you know your students and understand their strengths and weaknesses, you’ll be better equipped to promote diversity and work with teachers to address the challenges and opportunities that come with a focus on diversity in the classroom.
3. Be willing to address inequality.
The more diversity is a topic of discussion in your school, the less students and teachers will hesitate to address it. As a school leader, you’re in a position to lead the conversation and inspire others in the school to follow.
This conversation shouldn’t just be limited to words — in order to make effective change, you need to take practical steps to address inequality when you encounter it, such as:
Shut down discrimination whenever you hear it
Use language that promotes positivity and doesn’t reinforce existing stereotypes (for example, the phrase “boys will be boys” shouldn’t be used to justify sexism or aggression)
Respond effectively to inappropriate comments or actions. Take infractions seriously and inform parents when necessary
Encourage students to include all of their peers if you see division forming along racial or economic lines.
Remove existing markers of inequality in your school. (For example, make sure students who are eligible for free or reduced lunch programs aren’t singled out and made to feel different.)
4. Connect with parents and community.
When your students meet members of their community, they get to see examples of people from different backgrounds succeeding in their field and might be inspired to think differently about their own future.
5. Meet diverse learning needs.
Diversity goes beyond just measurable factors like ethnicity, socio-economic status or gender. It also extends to the way that students learn in the classroom — whether that’s through an accelerated learning course or with supports for learning disabilities.
Uniform standards can’t apply to a diverse classroom, so start working with your teachers to establish different approaches for students with different learning needs. Some suggestions for making sure the classroom stays accessible and equitable.

I learnt through this fable that every child has different strengths and weaknesses.Instead of demotivating children on their weaknesses, I as a teacher should help them outgrow it and appreciate their strengths.And every child has different grasping power so teachers should teach in a way that all the students are able to understand it.

Different individuals have different capabilities. What we mostly look at is the capabilities of the children and their limitations to perform in some disciplines. To be able to make the child know about his or her capabilities and limitations is not enough but to help him overcome his/her limitations and improve the child further with his capabilities is the most important aspect. We never have one set of children with similar traits or backgrounds but a very vivid groups of individuals who can be carefully nurtured by observing each one separately and figuring out a distinct plan that can help groom the child into a prosperous possibility for the humanity
